BizMetrix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for our services.

2. Service-Based Refund Policy

Our services are primarily custom development and consultation services. Refund eligibility depends on the type of service and the stage of project completion:

2.1 Custom Development Projects

  • Before Project Commencement: If you cancel before we begin development work, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any administrative fees (up to 10% of the total project cost).
  • During Development: Refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis based on work completed. Completed work will be charged, and the remaining amount may be refunded.
  • After Project Completion: Once a project is completed and delivered, no refunds will be provided unless there is a material breach of the service agreement on our part.

2.2 Consultation Services

  • Consultation services are non-refundable once the consultation session has been conducted.
  • If you cancel a scheduled consultation with at least 48 hours' notice, you may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the consultation fee.

2.3 Subscription or Recurring Services

  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, with service continuing until the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds are provided for the current billing period, but you will not be charged for future periods.
  • Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rata refund if cancelled within the first 30 days, subject to terms of the service agreement.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed and delivered custom development work
  • Consultation services that have been provided
  • Third-party licenses or services purchased on your behalf
  • Any costs incurred for third-party integrations or APIs
  • Services that have been used or accessed

5. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
  • Bank transfer refunds may take additional time depending on your bank
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have concerns about our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue. Initiating a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us may result in additional fees and may affect your ability to work with us in the future.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or internet failures.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
